The Friends
of the Eden Prairie Art Center is a
group of volunteer EP citizens who share a common goal of securing funds to support an ever expanding hands-on arts program at the new Art Center in Eden Prairie.
The volunteers plan and organize community events to raise money. In the past, they have hosted a silent auction, an evening of beautiful beading, and children’s art events. Our home page will list any upcoming event.
Any fees charged for the events or money raised via donations are given to the city’s Art Center so that more equipment and supplies can be purchased to add new classes, expand class offerings and encourage hands-on art education in our community.
The volunteers work from home and meet at local coffee shops to plan the events.
The actual art center is located at 7650 Equitable Drive in Eden Prairie.

How Can You Help?
Here are three great ways you can help!
When an event is planned, we need help ADVERTISING. We need help spreading the word. If you have a particular interest in an event and connections that can help us get the word out, please contact us directly.
The greatest need we have is SPONSORS FOR FUNDRAISING events. We organize a variety of events and are interested in partnering with people and organizations with ideas that are mutually beneficial to the sponsor and to the Friends of the Eden Prairie Art Center.
Cash donations are always welcome. We have a wish list of items provided by the center. You can give a donation without designating a specific item if you prefer. All the money is used to purchase equipment & supplies for art center programs such as glass, jewelry, pottery, painting and drawing.
